If you are to mess it up… go for it.

So lets see that I can list  a few issues here;  Improper isolation of grounding and grounded conductors in a subpanel, improper conductor colors for purpose, use of flexible cord as branch wiring, missing restraints, individual conductors not installed in a conduit, use of NM wire in a damp/wet location, missing protection from mechanical damage, EGC not attached to ground bus and breaker (OCPD) oversized for conductor. Other than that it is just fine.
