Here is a sample of a report you will receive at the end of your home inspection. The report will have pictures and details of the home inspector's findings.
The report has a written narrative on all findings along with an easy to read tables for all areas of the inspection process.
When you hire NCW Home Inspection not only wil get a thorough inspection you will receive a report that reflects the detail of the inspection process. From your report you may also create a repair list to help manage your home (see below). This amazing feature help you organize and prioritize the repairs from the inspection.
Create a request /repair list from the inspection report.
After you review the inspection report you may use this is a feature to easily create a repair addendum for the sale negotiations or as a repair schedule/project list for maintaining your home based on the inspection report.
Agents often have to create a repair addendum after receiving an inspection report. Some agents still type up and fax repair requests. Some agents include pages of the inspection report as their repair request, sometimes scanned or photocopied and hard to read. There are many methods and no standard. This feature will allow you to create this list from the inspection report to add to the addendum and hopefully remove some of the confusion that can occur.
With my report writer’s “Create Request List” feature this makes this process easy for you and your agent! The inspection report can now be easily used to create a Repair Request List for their addendum or make a Project List for you after you are in the home. After creating the Repair/Request List, it can be simply added as an attachment to the Real Estate standard addendum form that is already in use.
How Does It Work?
From the client’s and agent's report Dashboard, they can view their report normally, and they can also choose to Create a Repair/Request List. The reports “Create Request List” feature is very easy to use and is engaging to the customer and agent as they create their list from the inspection report.
This saves time, creates a standardization, and the list is time stamped what requests were made and by whom. The client and agent can work on the same “Repair Request List”!
Here is a video tour below that shows how the create repair / request list works.
