This Weeks Discoveries. 4/10/2018 Wenatchee Home Inspections
Another addition in a week of discovery. As a Home Inspector, Structural Pest Inspector and Home Inspection Licensing Instructor I try to keep up with new products, manufacturer or trade information, code information or just interesting content that may help those who are in the profession or looking to further educate themselves. The material may be articles, documents, video link,vendor sites, technical materials or even an interesting code questions. Below is a list of some interesting items found in the last week.
Electrical A little older article but still cover the bases of EGC and bonding.
Equipment grounding is essential for safety in electrical systems operating at 600 volts or less and for those operating at over 600 volts. Although the requirements vary slightly for both systems, the performance objectives of equipment grounding are the same. This article provided a basic overview of equipment grounding requirements in theNECand reviewed what grounding equipment is intended to accomplish from a performance standpoint.
