Wiring a disposer is it that hard?

Well if evidence is based on observations in the field it must be, because I see so many disposers not properly installed. It is one of those frequent flyers in home inspections.

Below you can see from the instillation instructions what is required.

Having the wiring not properly installed and secured is a recipe for a bad day. All electrical connection and wiring need to be properly performed by a qualified party. Even if you do not think it is that hard.
