Home Inspection Tools- East Wenatchee and Leavenworth Home Inspection

Sometimes the most obvious home inspection tool we need is not so obvious.

It's springtime, the days are getting longer and we are starting to get some of the warmth that comes with spring, or not?

So I leave my humble abode in Wenatchee to head to my inspection. It’s a lovely 40 degrees and sunshine in Wenatchee.

The home I am inspecting is on Lake Wenatchee and these homes can be a little more difficult to get into so I decide to swap vehicles.

I go from my truck to a SUV that has a little tighter turning radius and very good mountain vehicle.

What I did not swap was my snow boots and some of my winter gear. I arrive only to find it snowing very hard and my path to the inspection will require a bit of a hike.

So the tool that was not so obvious would be snowshoes. (Note to self, when performing home inspections in the mountains do not forget the snowshoes!)

So this home inspection required several trips between the vehicle and home and was a lovely adventure.

Okay, there is a good thing about these conditions we get to see how the shed line will be for the snow.
