A Home Inspection in Lake Chelan and the Perfect Inspection, ever heard of it- yes, no?

Well Maybe there is no perfect inspection but there is a perfect scenario. This is when you have sellers, buyers, agents and inspectors who all have one thing in mind, doing their honest best for all involved. This mean a seller who loves their home but are honest and not in denial, a buyer who understands that there will be some issues and can deal with it, an agent who is honestly looking out for their clients interests and a home inspector that will give an unbiased assessment of the current condition of the home.

Well this week all those forces met. I had the pleasure of working with some the most friendly and professional people you can hope to work for. Everyone was out to get a deal done with no hidden agendas. I can only assume that the deal will go through with no problems and yes everyone will be happy!
