Leavenworth and Wenatchee Home Inspection- Hidden Treasures 

As one of my practices when performing a home inspection is that I will stick my camera into holes and places that I cannot see into or get into. Most of the time nothing very eventful will show but then there are the other times that I see something that will be of note for my clients.

Here was a space behind a washer and dryer in the bathroom. This was a hidden cubby from any view. You see obvious water damage going on. There was active water leak from the tub/shower.

Here was a space under some cement stairs that I stuck my camera into an 6 x 4 inch hole. There is no vapor barrier, a post on a rock, wood debris and of course no ventilation (or access).

This was space behind a tub under a counter and behind cabinetry.  Well let's just say this is something interesting.

 Be careful there can be some hidden gems waiting for a home inspector to find.
